Week One begins Monday 3rd August:  

 

Teams will train during one of three time slots: 5-6:30pm, 6:30-8pm and 8-9:30pm on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday.

 

Friday will be OFF 

 

Saturday 8th: Club Games

 

Sunday 9th: OFF

 

Week Two begins Monday 10th August:

 

Again there will be four days training, one day off ,

 

Saturday 15th : Inter-Club Games

 

Sunday 16th : OFF

 

August is a very important month which will provide the base for our players fitness levels and training habits for the upcoming season. Attendance is mandatory across all age groups.

All players are required to wear their Grey Training T-shirts and Red club shorts with white or red socks. (Contact Diane Brewington for ordering information if needed for Training T-shirts).
