Dear Tom:
We are writing this letter to express our most sincere and heartfelt gratitude for the personal treatment, services and attention which our son, Sean, has received from Texas Sports Medicine Center over the last three months.
We would first like to thank you for offering your services in Sean’s efforts to rehabilitate and recover from a broken leg/femur injury.
We would especially like to thank Dwight Adsit for ALL of his hard work and dedication in providing Sean with the Physical Therapy which he needed. Dwight has gone above and beyond in exceeding our and Sean’s expectations; which has resulted in Sean recovering ahead of schedule. Dwight did not only provide a fun and effective environment for Sean’s physical therapy but with his engaging conversations has helped Sean deal with the mental and psychological aspects of recovering from such a traumatic injury for an eleven year old. Dwight’s professionalism and personal attention to Sean’s condition is something which has left a lasting impression on our family. Many “Thank you” are in order to Dwight for extending his work hours to accommodate Sean’s schedule.
As we sat on the sidelines this past weekend and watched Sean make great contributions in his team’s win, we realized that none of this would have been possible this soon without the many hours of hard work and dedication from Sean and Dwight. Dwight’s positive attitude and physical therapy have Sean doing again what he likes most, playing soccer out on the pitch with the rest of his teammates, and us doing what we enjoy the most, watching our son once again playing out on the field and once again demonstrating his skills and talent.
As Sean moves from one wing of Texas Sports Medicine Center, Dwight’s Physical Therapy, to the other wing to work with Amanda Thompson, who is helping Sean regain his speed, quickness and agility, we would like to say “Thank You” to your wonderful organization. Texas Sports Medicine Center is yet another reason why we feel we are part of the best soccer club around, Texas Soccer Club.
Sean wanted us to let you know that he plans on dedicating his first goal this season to Dwight for all that he has done for him. We remind him to score many goals as his return to play has had many contributors and he owes goals to Dr. Granberry, Alfredo Martinez, his soccer trainer, Amanda Thompson, Tom Dolan, .………………..
